The Quadra Buarque building, located at 410 General Jardim Street, consists of a single tower with units distributed from the 1st to the 15th floor, plus a ground-floor retail space with an active facade, totaling 163 housing units. From an urban perspective, it is another addition to the ongoing transformation of downtown São Paulo—providing affordable housing through the MCMV (Minha Casa Minha Vida) program in an area with a high concentration of culture, leisure, education, healthcare, and public transit.
